Payment

Did an eft payment on the 25th of February 2020 the payment is still not reflecting this is the bank details they provided however it still not showing my account is paid. They are quick to send messages you are behind they will take legal action or for anything but not quick to assist. What is going to happen should this not reflect im going to miss the deadlines and receive messages i have not paid my account not fair to be listed when you have done nothing wrong. Im disgusted iv emailed them and called them they confirmed they received my emailed also acknowledged my telephone call however still no response but they want me to fill out a survey on how the agent handled the call. She was good and assisted me however still no answers to my questions
