Paying customer treated like a *****
<p>On Friday the 28th of July I was at Woolworths Tygervalley this was after my son played with a *****ly pear which still had thorns and they were stinging his upper body I then made him take of the top he was wearing and he put on the one that I was going to purchase. We then saw that Woolies has a 50%of sale and I decided to take advantage of the sale by buying more clothes we then went to the fitting room and explained to the lady who gave us the number tags why he is wearing the top and all of a Sunday comes a lady carrying a glass of water who then asks me if the top my son is wearing has been paid for I then politely explain again and she orders someone to follow us around till we pay and continues to take rip of the price tag off the top my son is wearing for reasons known to her and leaves the security tag on the bottom left of the top, fine I then tell the guy that I am still looking for something for myself and will go pay when I have finished shopping, I then finish shopping and go out to pay for all the clothes including the top he is wearing and the cashier asked him to come around so she could remove the security tag. All in all we paid and the price of the clothing came to just over 2k, I then procedeed to walk out of the stall and on my way out while stalling because I was waiting for my sister who was paying for a top she saw on her way out I overheard the same lady asking the security officer in an ethnic language which I understand if she can search the top my son is wearing still has a tag, to save myself further embarrassment I went over to the security I let him check and he didn't find anything, I then reported what had transpired to a line mananger who took down my details and promised to get back to it has been five days or rather two working days and no one has called or emailed me for an apology. I was standing there like a ***** being searched as well as my son while one of my colleague who subsequently saw what happened looked on and I looked like ***** I have been humiliated in the worse way possible and my son has also lost confidence I himself and refuses to even have a carrier bag on him when exiting any retail store as he fears being treated like a *****. I spent my hard earned money at Woolworths only to be treated like a ***** and accused of *****ing a top worth R120 of which I spent more than 2k at once it is very saddening and what's worse is that I am seen like a ***** at work this is really not on and I comdemn this kind of behaviour</p>
