Payed Up account

Please assist me had an Woolworth account which I have paid off,but Woolsworth send my account to MBD,for collections.I have proof of payment which I forwarded to MBD to prove my account was paid in full in September 2014. Then they advised me that they will speak with woolworths to clear my name its been a year now still waiting last email.I send to [Email Removed] on the 14/08/15 at 12:19 PM.They promised me they will clear my name with credit bearu and apologized for inconvenienced since nothing has happened.At MBD SPOKE TO Ingrid Mann her email is [Email Removed] ref number is <br> proof of payment 7WFS25137.Woolworths they are not updating their system and this results in me notbeing able to obtain any credit due to account being paid but still open on ITC
