Pay what you see not for woolies

So I was passing by Gauteng from the western cape. The Woolworths in Menlyn specifically. I was looking for a pair of white takkies for my son and after walking around the whole mall we finally found a size in Woolworths. So the pair I got had a red sale sticker which attracted my attention. I get to the till, it's a different price. The cashier tries to override it as I am entitled to pay for the price I see. She calls the manager Zandile who then tells me the shoes aren't on sale and I have to pay the full price. I was too exhausted and jetlagged to argue and ended up leaving the store disgusted. She said somebody placed it which has nothing to do with me and I sort of felt as though she imp**** that I placed it there. I will not recommend it to anyone.
