Pay more for nothing!

I placed an order with Woolworths last week, and it still has not been delivered! I received an sms on 29/04 stating delivery will be done that day, nothing came and no one called, next day tracking updates to "could not reach recipient" but no one tried to contact me. I received a call from Woolworths yesterday stating that my delivery will be done today, but still, no delivery! Please can someone ensure that I receive my delivery today as promised
