Pay expensive for quality but then dont get qualit

I dont know if it is just my bad luck but inhave baught 2 packets of 12 piece chicken portions and only in actual fact there was only 11 in each. I then left it and a while ago a baught a tub of if chocolate moose and when i wanted ti eat some i noticed that the tub was cracked and not just a sticky spill that ran down the side. It was a long crack. I couldnt return it as i didnt get the time to get back to the shop. I just feel thst is not execrable for food items that you pay so much for and then to get home and find out the packaging was was damaged on the shelf and is now unconsumable.
