Pay back the account fees!!!!!

Woolworths is charging customers a R47.50 account fee w.e.f. 01 October 2024 without informing the customers of their intentions.

They simply just add the fee to the customer's monthly statement.

Easy money if you ask me.

You do the math....R47.50 X 10000 guesstimate....??

Can I legally request that they pay back the fees if I was not informed, is this not *********...??

I am in the process of closing my account with them immediately.
