Pay back my money

<p>I bought a jacket and accessories at Woolworths Queenstown which amounted to R948.95 and was not satisfied with the jackect. i then returned the item on the 22nd of June 2016, instead of the store reversing the R899.00 to my cheaque account it was debited again. Upon lodging the complaint to the store manager, she refused the transaction and stated that their receipts states that it was a reversal which is contrary to my bank statement.</p> <p> </p> <p>This matter has inconvenienced me greatly as i have debits going through.</p>
