Pathetic Woolworths not willing to assist with damages they caused.

Your trolleys left unattended at Woolworths Shelly Beach rolled and hit into my car while driving pass the mall. Mall security witnessed the incident, I reported to the store manager and now you are not willing to assist to pay for the damages to my brand new vehicle. I was informed telephonically this will be sorted out by the trolley manager but its almost a month now and nothing has been done.
