Pathetic Woolworths

Absolutely **** from Woolworths ….there was ********** purchases made on my account …I follow Woolworths instructions about going to a store and get told there at the store that I do not have to fill out forms after they contacted ***** department and just to email my ID….I call the ***** guys today and get told they waiting for the forms ….zero feedback from them about missing info …my account is blocked and they have not removed these purchases from my account …..pathetic Woolworths
