Pathetic Woolworths

As a loyal and paying customer of Woolworths I recently have been experiencing some bad service. I have noted that Woolworths financial services reported or flagged me as a slow or non paying customer although the agreement between us is that their installment gets deducted via debit order monthly which always happened. Not once have a debit order been returned unpaid to them in the 3 years of our agreement. I have made numerous calls. Reported this matter on hellopeter and send numerous emails. Not a single reply from Woolworths You get a nil from me in customer service Woolworths.
