Pathetic Woolies' Staff Training

I don't know what Woolies' is doing to their cashier, but you guys need to work on your staff's inspiration, customer handling, and professionalism. Sometimes I feel like your cashier is ****ed-off, angry and forced to help. Hyde Park Corners, Norwood Mall, Rosebank. All the same. I can't blame the poor staff though as I think lack of training (investment in training human power) is your fault.
