Pathetic Service(Woolworth Financial Services)

I wrote an email to ***. Up to this day there is no response of my complaint i raised about Promenade Store that didnt take a torn school bag i bought sometime early this year. Ganeau (authorising operator) informed me that she cannot accept the bag as the label says it was purchased in 2018. I dont know how manufacture dates comes to be date of purchase. I wrote this email on the 18December 2019, up to today nothing happened. This Promenade lady spoke afrikaans when i walked away to say" she thinks she can spoil my day at this time" i dont know how did we go back in time to actually have employees at Woolworths speak afrikaans behind customers back... This is the 20th century... I still want my daughters school back bag as she finally took it after a hassle i had to do. However said she will take it for auditing.
