Pathetic services

I bought shoes on 50% discount.

Lost the slip and asked for exchange @ Woolwrths Fourways Mall. I was told that as the shoes are on sale, they will have to refund me with the current price of R52 when I paid R75. Meaning as a valued custimer its my loss.

One of the cashiers told me that the store where I bought the shoes will use its discretion .

How pathetic.

The store manager was no help also.
