Pathetic service Woolworths menlyn mall

I am a regular customer almost every weekend at the woolworths menlyn cafe. I have been there for the last three Saturdays and I had the same waiter all three times. The first two times I had asked her for a freezo in a take away cup , twice she brought it in a glass cup so I just ignored the fact and had the drink. Yesterday she did the same thing and when I told her to put in into a take away cup she brought the cup back half full and could not explain why it is half full. We then called for the manager by the name of Neo (black lady). She was very rude and told us if we not happy with it she can take it back. We told her that we are there every weekend , her reply was that she does not ask us to visit that particular branch so often if we always have a problem. I am disgusted by the treatment that we have received.
