Pathetic service Woolworths Maponya Mall

Pathetic service at Woolworths Maponya mall... I waited on a long queue for 30 minutes + to exhange my babies clothes, when my turn came, I was told that I'm in the wrong queue and I have to go the right queue and wait all over again.I requested for the superior and the lady by the name Senathe Mohane came and spoke to her staff. She didn't even apologize she just told me it's my fault and she won't even attempt to do anything about it. She dodnt show me the queue i should go to so i had to find it by myself. I've never had to experience such pathetic service from this retailer.

Something has to be done and I want to be contacted and she should apologize. She doesn't deserve to be a leader, her staff has no leader!!
