PATHETIC SERVICE - WOOLWORTHS CEDAR SHOPPING CENTRE

IF THERE WAS ZERO STARS I WOULD CHOOSE THAT!

I placed an order on the 1 April 2026 and I received a confirmation that the order will be delivered today , 02 April 2026 between 7am and 9am. It is now 16:53pm and my order was not delivered.

I called in 5 times and none of your customer service representatives were able to resolve the matter!!!

This is my third complaint in the last 2 weeks about 3 different issues. I am absolutely infuriated with this pathetic service.

As per my latest telecon with Vuyo she advised that she is corresponding with the store manager who has done absolutely nothing about it from this morning. Is this the type of service Woolworths renders?

What is the point that you are charging R60 for delivery when it is not done on time???

Who will compensate me for spending approx 1 hour on call to your customer service department? My family must spend the entire day at home waiting for your *********** staff to arrive with the delivery whenever they feel like?
