Pathetic service with online orders for over 6 months

It used to be a breeze working with Woolworths but over the last 6 months it has been a complete nightmare! Orders are always late, no one calls to advise, customer service can’t help, products selected don’t end up in baskets and despite numerous emails, conversations, calls and requests for feedback this us not happened! What a complete disappointment, I will shop elsewhere from now on thanks
