pathetic service when applying for store card

i app**** for a store account 5 weeks ago. i have followed up 6 times and sent in my proof of income more than 9 times! every time i follow up they ask for the proof of income again and assure me that it will be escalated to the correct apartment even though i initially sent it to the correct department with my id number numerous times. This is the most pathetic service I've ever encountered! the same process at mr price and identity took less than 6 hours. please don't waste your time. They are definitely not serious about service
