Pathetic service , unhappy customer

I have a person with you, as from yesterday, I have been trying to withdraw money via app. It gives me an error to say must call some 086 number. Well, I requested a call back via your app (chat section) no one called me, instead I was asked a lot of ridiculous questions, I answered them, the question I couldn't answer was my acc number, I really don't know it, I was left hanging like that.

I opted for your whatsapp, the same was done, auto reply etc.

I opted for Twitter, I was advised to talk to a robot on whatsapp.

Eventually I decided to call the 021 number while the guy was asking more that 20 questions as security the call dropped, he didn't even though of calling me back.

Sent email reporting my problem, I got an email back to say, my query was sent to financial services, the whole day yesterday I spent it trying to get a solution. Still my problem hasn't been resolved. I'm so not happy with your service. It's so pathetic. ***
