Pathetic service received from Mugrave Dbn

I was appauled by the service I received from the Woolworths branch at Musgrave Centre yesterday. I app**** for a card at the Gateway Branch on Friday 10/07/15 in which the consultant advised that I will be able to collect my card from any store in Durban.
