Pathetic Service Provided Woolworths

I have received terrible treatment at the Cornubia Branch Woolworths Coffee Shop. As soon as one takes a seat there the waiters are on your tail for ordering and when no order is placed they give you comments that you have to order if you want to be seated there.

When the bad service is brought up to management of the store there is no empathy shown or customer ethics in dealing with the complaint. Furthermore brand standards are completely disregarded when dealing with the customer. What has happened to friendly service???

This pathetic service has certainly destroyed my loyalty to the Woolworths Brand and will certainly be reducing the clientele of the Cornubia Store Branch.
