Pathetic Service & Poor Hygiene

I purchased a triple chocolate cake for my late granny birthday she would of been 79 years old. When he cut the cAke there was a long strand of hair that was embedded in the caked and as we separated the slice of cake the hair was exposed. I emailed Woolworths pictures and 2 days later I receive an email about the hair and other information required after disposing of the disgusting cake. The service is slow and pathetic and it makes wonder we think we paying for quality but this alone shows there is no proper hygiene being carried out when food is prepared and even more frustrating that the customer service is so terrible. And mind you the cAke was expensive and had to be disposed because no one in the right mind is gonna keep cake with a disgusting strand of hair in it! #WIN
