Pathetic Service! No management intervention!

<p>Went to woolworthless (northgate) on saturday - agents have no clue about FICA. Now I get told to bring in ID and proof of residence AGAIN because their head office collected it - won't issue card without it. Despite phoning store, head office and financial services, as well as going to social media, NOTHING has been done. Pride yourselves on your products, because you lack service and can't honestly use this as a draw card. I expect a SENIOR MANAGER to phone me immediately. I will continue to post all over social media until this is addressed. No generic responses, no explanations, no excuses. Sort it out now, or I will continue to voice my experience on all available channels.</p> <p> </p> <p>By the way, when you're at this store and ask to see a manager, they drag their heels having cigarettes and social discussions outside before worrying about clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC!!!!</p>
