Pathetic Service Manager

I saw the Nestlé caramel online R18.99, then I first called the Promenade Mall in Mitchell's Plain to find out if they have stock as I didn't want to drive all the way just to find there's no stock, its good I did that as they did not have as per the lady I spoke to, then I asked to speak to the branch manager whereby I was told he was off, I requested to speak to whomever was currently manager on duty and I was put through to Quinton, I told him I wanted to come buy the Nestle caramel tins but I was told there's no stock and asked him if he can take down my details with the quantity I want then call me in the week to collect the stock, he rep**** by saying "we don't do that, if there's no stock then there's no stock, I told him they have done exactly this as I'm asking now, they've taken down my details and called when the stock arrived, " well not for this price" he reckoned, I asked him give me your details as I'm going to log this complaint as I know I've done with this store as it's not my issue that there's no stock, he retorted back my name is Q U I N T O N and do you want the surname also, its spelt K I R B Y, thinking his speaking to some illiterate fool that cannot spell. Very unprofessional for a stand in manager.
