PATHETIC SERVICE MAKING A US CUSTOMERS STUPIDD

Terrible service I went to the store to return maternity bras bought in Jan due to the fact that the quality is terrible The braa are opening up and tearing everywhere Anyway I went to the store they asked me to leave it as they will send it to their people to check the quality but called me a few days to say they can do the retune as sending it eill take months . They were very well aware of how many sets . Anyway when I go there they give me a different story yet I told them I don't have a slip Who's going to keep a slip for bras for 4 months? It was purchased in Jan Anyway after going to the store after saying they will refund now they got a different attitude and won't refund it What nonsense and pathetic service is this ? Why can't they just give me the bras again if they don't want to refund me ? I'm so sick of going to the store so many times I mean do they seriously take us customers as puppets and jokes ?
