Pathetic service.Loan settlement amount letter

I am extremely dissapointed as I have spoken to an agent within your call centre requesting a settlement letter for my loan.The agent just **** to me and stipulated that I would receive the letter within 24hours. It is two days later and I have still not received it. I then called the call centre the again. I spoke to a so called supervisor that assured me that I will receive the letter within 10minutes.I still did not receive it.Pathetic service.I want my loan settlement amount now!!!
