Pathetic service I got from Woolworths at Woolworths Food Strand Square!

I’m so upset, at Woolworths Food Strand Square they had plenty of baby Cerelac and Nestum boxes on the shelve and my partner requested 10 of them from the sales lady on the floor. The lady on the floor told my partner that they were not on special or marked down, they’re back to normal price. My partner called and gave the sales lady a phone, I asked her to scan them at the till and so she took 3 different flavours and they scanned R0. 00. They then told him that they are not for sale. I then asked to speak to the store manager (it was a coloured lady), she said he will only get the one that are scanned when they were checking the price. They only gave my him 3 because they were not aware of the special then after he was chased out of the shop while I was on the call with the store manager. Then the store manager hung up on me. As a loyal Woolworths customer, I expected the manager to apply fairness and respect as she is aware of Woolworths policies and consumer rights. I demand accountability from Woolworths for such treatment and lack of good customer service.
