They even send you e-mails, confirming date and time of delivery, but then NEVER DELIVERS your parcels! Then YOU have to PHONE THEM trying to find out what is going on, and every day the same lame empty promises - 'Sorry for your inconvenience, it will be delivered tomorrow'.
