Pathetic service from woolworths management

<p>I vivisted your Woolworths store at West Street, Durban this morning and was disgusted with the service provided from your woolworths manager nivasha rampersadh, its sad to note that you have employed ******** people to manage your stores. i would not have wasted my time to visit the store if woolworths wasnt the ones to send me a message to to fecth my card, i followed the correct procedure and went to the store with my id and my drivers licence, my id reflects my current surname being Reddi, how incompetant can your manager be, and above all this she displayed no customer service whatsoever, instead she stood there screaming and speaking to me that its ***** ***** *****, how is it ***** that i am now married and my surname changed, is she stupid, play the footage if the store has one and see her pathetic behaviour how embarrasing and disgusting, good luck to you and your new breed of incompetant staff</p>
