Pathetic service from Woolworths
Dealing with Woolworths has been complete nightmare. From the staff at Kenilworth Centre ,WC to Head Office
My dad recently had a stroke abd is wheelchair bound . His not mobile without the assistance of anyone. He is able to speak , talk , write. My dad has a WW account and requested an se k dart card for my mom. WW gave the form to complete AB’s advised to atta h copies of his ID and my mom. After 3 weeks there was no response, even though follow up was sent. On behalf of my dad I called WW where Bly I spoke a lady who advised the secondary was issues and will be posted to him
When we followed up again , we were told my dad must come in even though it was explain to them he is in a wheel chair.
WW advised my dad sign a letter and have a copy of his ID and my mom and she can collect
My mom has been to WW Kenilworth Centre twice and is getting no where
Their managers want to stand on floors at branches looking like models when they actually look like a bunch of clowns . They shoukd really fire their stylist. Anyway, not the point
Can WW not think out of the box ????????
