Pathetic service from Woolworths festival mall!!! I feel disgusted

Woolworths festival mall poor service at its best... Saturday I bought my daughter a dress on Saturday and she wore it on Sunday and the dress now is torn apart. I bought that dress for 280 for goodness sake I was expecting a good quality from this store like always. The dress is now torn apart as we speak how possible is that? I then went to the store on Sunday they told me that the material is sensitive; they can't exchange or refund me.... How the hell do u do a sensitive material for kids?? And to my surprise i was with this child the whole time when she was wearing the dress and ddnt see any nail next to her i was told she used a nail to tear the dress!! How pathetic is that? I'm soo disappointed by the Level of service this store i have received from them. They even had the guts to tell me that my child is the one who tore the dress!! Like really.
