Pathetic service from woolies

My order *** was meant to be delivered between 10 and 12 however till now I’m not getting any joy , I’m 8 months pregnant I need to eat , I’ve called customer service spoke to an agent not sure she recorded my call as she was meant to call me back till now there is no response and I sent an email I’m quite disappointed as I am a valuable customer but right now I’ve paid for food that has not been delivered to me I’m so angry 😡
