Pathetic service from the teller and manager!!!!!!!

Went to Woolworth Tygervally at the food section when I got to the payout express till I gave the teller my items. She then explained that the booties I wanted to buy my daughter were both rights and that I have to go look for the left. What **** service is this do I work there? why did she not get off her fat ass and go and look for it???? why did I have to run around and look for it. Then the manager came and said he will sort it out???? really is he still sorting it out??? truly pathetic service, disgusting and so very disappointing. The level of service Is sickening please educate your staff to get up and assist paying customer!!!!!
