Pathetic Service

The Service received from Woolworths in connection with an online order has been absolutely pathetic!! Not only was I emailed at number 99 that my order would be delivered 3 hours late, but my order wasn’t delivered at all!!

It is now the next day and I haven’t received any feedback or communication from Woolworths at all in connection with my order.

It seems that it is customary for Woolworths to send out false information to clients and then proceed to just ignore that they or their order ever exist!! Definitely the last order I will ever place with Woolworths Online.
