Pathetic service

I app**** for a Woolies card and have received the same email everyday stating "Your Woolworths card can be collected at Woolies store". Take the afternoon off to go and collect the card at my nominated store, being Greenstone shopping centre, only to get there and be told - the ONLY 2 stores that can print new cards are Sandton City and Boksburg! Beyond furious.
