Pathetic service

I made an order to be delivered in a hotel for my lil sister's birthday and when I was trying to track the order since the time slot is approaching the order note was stating that it was abandoned and I never received any call from your offices.

I called your customer service and I didn't receive any assistance . I will never use Woolworth Dash your service is pathetic. I'm very disappointed in you Woolworth.

Kindly refund my money as soon as possible before I come to your branches and cause a chaos.
