Pathetic service delivery

I placed an order on Woolworths online for delivery on 21 December 2023 . Today is 23 December 2023 . No delivery. The call centre agents could never get a hold of the driver and when calling the store only empty promises from the online store manager . I wanted to even fetch the items instead of them delivering but they told me they was going to pick the items then call me to fetch , it is now 12:51 and no one has called , surely it doesn’t take 4 hours to pick 8 items . The online service is pathetic and I won’t recommend anyone buying online . They can only refund next year which is unacceptable because I need the money today to go and buy from another store .thank you for nothing ! And a waste of my time ! Money ! Energy ! Airtime ! And most of all thank you for destroying my Christmas lunch !
