Pathetic service

I have been shopping at this store for 3 years now . I was loving it until today. My wife went to return clothing from the kids department today that was looking worn when we took it home last Friday the 25th. Due to personal circumstances I only could bring her today to the store to return the items. The textile manager was so disrespectful. She was accusing my wife of such things . The textile manager went and brought a cashier named mokgadi or something and she screamed at my wife disrespectfully in front of other customers for no reason. I mean who are you to ask my wife why you bought the item. We have been shopping at this specific store for years and this is how we are treated. Customers should not be treated like this. The textile manager and the mokgadi lady will go viral for the behaviour. It’s no longer about the worn items we purchased. It’s now about the pathetic, rude and disgusting behaviour they portrayed.
