PATHETIC SERVICE!!

Shopped at Woolworths N1 City on Friday, 15 July and forgot my husband's card in store. We (my husband and I) called the store on Saturday, 16 July - Mirilda, the receptionist confirmed that the card is in store. What an extremely frustrating experience from this point on AND an *********** so called group head, "Ghaleel Fick"unable to take a decision on a very reasonable request. Appauled at the length we have to go to, to get our card back and hopefully a response from someone who can "MAKE A DIFFERENCE"
