Pathetic service @ Woolworths Amanzimtoti Galleria

I can't start to express how disappointed and furious I am about a pathetic service that I have received from Woolworths Amanzimtoti Galleria (Beauty Department).

Early July I bought Mr Burberry EDP from Woolworths online and it was delivered right on time. He used it and we noticed that the smell fades away in an hour or so. I then sent an email to their customer care line and their response was, I should take the perfume to the nearest Woolworths store. I then took to Galleria on the 16th of July, approached the floor consultant and he took me to customer care. When I was telling him about my problem, the other two consultants were talking not away from us saying that it wasn't the first time this happened.

The department manager accepted the perfume and told me that it will be taken to their lab for testing, I should receive feedback from the lab in a week or so but I got no response whatsoever.

On the 27th I decided to phone and follow up. I spoke to the Dept manager who told me that it was taken to the lab and she will follow up, the lab would call and advise on what the outcome was. Later on the same day I saw missed calls from Woolworths Galleria, I returned the call but I couldn't get hold of the caller. This morning dept manager phoned me, telling me that they took the perfume to their area manager who then tested it and said that what I'm saying about the smell is not true.

They can only give me a tester for the same fragrance as reimbur*****t they cannot credit me for it.

This is my money that we are talking about here, I'm really not happy about this ridiculous service. If I am not happy with the product, it is my right to return it and get something that I am happy with. What posses me off the most that even the bottle of the perfume itself looks nothing like what they had on display and yet they tell me they can only give me tester? Is Woolworths selling **** branded perfumes or was it just this one? They can't even provide me with the lab results confirming that it is original. I'm totally disgusted about this.
