Pathetic Service at Musina Store

I had a very bad service experience from your Musina Store. I went there today at around 17h00 to look for a trousers, I found it costing R399.00. I went back to work and returned at about 17h30 to buy, when they scanned it on the system to make a sale it reflected R429.00. When I asked the manager Fransisca intervened and said their prices inflates every time in a day, it's unfortunate for me.

I asked if it is my fault that i saw the R399 not R429? She said yes and there is nothing she can do about... it's either i buy or leave.

Am not happy with the attitude she gave me confront of her staff, telling me she will not apologies because that's how the store operates.

Am not happy at all... I couldn't by the trouser I needed because of the attitude she gave me, am very much inconvinienced.
