Pathetic Service and Staff must replace

The worst freaking staff. We have been to woolworths Mall of Africa to have coffee and Cake. The staff actually stood and looked at us whilst we wait for service. Then the barrister in the back sits and gazes at me like he saw a ghost. The services is freaking terrible terrible.
