Pathetic service and I app**** to become a member

I have been to the mall of Africa branch almost a month ago. I purchased a boys navy school pants but needed a smaller size. I have been calling the past week to find out if the item arrived. No one answers the customer services dept. when I am transferred. No one is able to give me info and I was promised call backs since Wednesday.
