Pathetic Service and Food

Pathetic service and food from the staff at Woolworths Cafe Dainfern Square. I ordered 4 drinks, 2 sandwiches and a burger which took more than 50 minutes to arrive after following up twice and eventually requesting to see the manager.

The burger was supposed to be medium but was overcooked and dry. You had to fight with the sandwich to bite a piece off as the sour dough was overly toasted and most importantly zero apologies from the waiter or the kitchen manager.

The kitchen manager actually walked away when feedback was being provided.

If you value good food, excellent service and most importantly your money, give this store a definite miss.
