Pathetic service

Credit card facility is terrible. They block My card for not paying the monthly fee for not using the card. When I did try to pay via the app on the 4th Jan, it kept blocking me out abd I forgot to pay the R48 and now a card that has no balance is blocked and I cannot use it when I'm in such a desperate situation. Their call centre agents are *********** and cannot assit with anything. They refuse to answer calls when we try to call the ventre to query and it seems they have no managers to get back to us for queries such as this. I have even sent through my proof of payments to allocate qnd yet still they can't help.
