Pathetic Service

This is pathetic service! My cousin made arrangements to be at home today for the delivery between 2-5pm. She made further arrangements for the three hour delay, the driver arrived moments ago advising he forgot the package at the store and that he will deliver it tomorrow to her home. This is unreasonable not to mention that I had to cancel the first purchase based on delivery issues, to date my money has not been refunded.Yet I was advised that I would receive my refund within 48 hours, it’s 4 days later and still not in receipt of my refund!
