Pathetic Service

i made two payments of R1000 one in store and one via EFT....Now they telling me they did not receive payments.After how many calls already and airtime and petrol wasted this is how they treat their customers. I have sent numerous emails and called.Please sort this out or i am making contact with Credit Ombudsman.
