PATHETIC SERVICE

Woolworths, the level of service I've received is pathetic. I have been following up on a query regarding my gift card which had a R1000 but when I tried using it, they said it had a zero balance. When I asked for transactions for that card, they advised that it was used in Woolworths, Somerset West, in December. I have never been to thatall, how could I have the card with me, then it's used in a different province. They promised to reimburse me, but to this day I'm still waiting. It's been a month since I've tried to resolve this, but nothing. It's really frustrating, I don't even know who to contact anymore, I feel like they just don't care about us.
