Pathetic service

I am shocked at the service I received this morning.

I am also in a business that works with the public and shocked at the way I was treated

I app**** for a WW card online and verified information via the phone. Was told to bring copies of ID, proof of address and proof of income to the branch.

This morning, first I forgot to bring copies and asked if emailed copies would be ok. Which was refused.

I drove all the way back to my office to get the hard copies as requested and when submitting them to the lady, she then wanted originals which was not asked for in the first place

This is pathetic customer service and I decided not to proceed with my card due to to the lack of professional and caring for customer
